Yes. Transaction safety and security is an issue of major importance for us. To ensure the security of your transactions, we use PayPal Payment Gateway. PayPal is a the most secure and popular payment method. It also ensures that seller, in this case our hotel, can not collect your credit card information.

You don’t need PayPal account to use PayPal Payment Gateway.

When will I be charged for my booking?

You will be charged at the time of booking. However, on some conditions, you will be expected to pay at the hotel when checking in. Please check on the booking details page.

When I can check in to the hotel?

You can check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 14:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Early check in is free and subject to availability for direct booking at our website ecolofthotel.com.

 

When do I have to check out of the hotel?

The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of additional charge for late check-out.
